基于物联网的灾害监测与响应机制在智慧应急管理中的应用

摘要 智慧应急管理基于云计算与物联网,可对地质灾害进行有效的监测与响应。文中构建了以智慧物联网为核心的技术体系,总结了现有技术的特点,搭建了以信息技术为核心的灾害监测与响应机制,并选择甘肃某地区的地震灾害进行实际应用。结果显示,这种监测与响应机制运行状态良好,操作较为稳定,可以为管理部门提供有力的决策支撑。 Smart emergency management is based on cloud computing and the Internet of Things,which can effectively monitor and respond to geological disasters.This paper constructs a technical system with smart Internet of Things as the core,summarizes the characteristics of existing technologies,builds a disaster monitoring and response mechanism with information technology as the core,and selects an earthquake disaster in a certain area of Gansu for practical application.The results show that this monitoring and response mechanism is in good operation and stable operation,which can provide strong decisionmaking support for the management department.
