摘要
文章以发夹式换热器尾部法兰及端盖部件为研究对象,结合有限元分析方法,研究了异形配对法兰的强度、螺栓载荷的简化办法以及密封垫片的选择。详细介绍了尾部结构的有限元分析步骤及基于ASME Ⅷ-2的评价过程,并描述了螺栓的简化办法以及垫片的影响。梁单元等效螺栓模型可以得到较为保守的分析结果,有助于提高运算速度。实体螺栓模型可以更好地显示应力分布并反映不同位置螺栓应力的差异。合理选择垫片对于密封效果以及法兰的受力都至关重要。文章旨在为发夹式换热器尾部法兰及端盖部件的设计及分析评价提供参考。
The flange and end cap component of a hairpin-type heat exchanger was carried out static structural analysis to study the strength of special shaped flange,the simplified method of bolts and the selection of gasket based on the Finite Element Analysis(FEA).Particular attention was paid to finite element analysis procedure,evaluation process based on ASME Ⅷ-2,bolt simplification and selection of gasket.Body-body(beam)bolt obtains conservative results and helps to increase computation speed.Solid bolt helps to display the stress distribution and reflect the difference of stress in different position.Reasonable selection of gasket is very important for sealing effect and flange strength.The aim of this analysis is to provide design and analytical reference for flange and end cap component of a hairpin-type heat exchanger.
