基层公共图书馆读者服务调查研究以贞丰县图书馆为例

本文依据《公共图书馆业务规范(第3部分:县级公共图书馆)》读者服务调查的工作内容和质量要求[],对贞丰县图书馆的多个服务要素进行深入调研。这些要素包括图书馆的基本情况、读者构成、信息环境、激励认知、读者阅读行为、阅读内容、阅读目的、读者参与图书馆举办的活动情况及其认知,以及读者满意度等。通过调研分析结果,本文提出了改善公共图书馆服务条件、提高服务水平的具体路径,旨在推动、引导并服务全民阅读。

to the content and quality requirements of the reader service survey of"Public Library Bus-iness Standard(Part 3:County Public Library)",this paper makes an investigation and analysis on the basic situation of public library,the composition of readers,the information environment,the stimulating cognition,the reading behavior,the reading content,the reading purpose,the readers participation in the library activities,the cognition of the readers participating in the library activi-ties,the readers'satisfaction degree,etc.,according to the results of investigation and analysis,the paper puts forward the ways to improve the service condition and level of public library.
