基于BIM轻量化技术的公装工程协同管理研究

摘要 公装工程项目实施过程中,参与方众多,协调配合工作量大,为解决过程中信息、数据源不统一、进度实时跟踪难等问题,以BIM轻量化技术为支撑,提出了一种用于公装工程多维协同合作的方法,并结合前端技术设计了用于公装工程数字化模型管理的展示网页。以广州某酒店公装工程为例,验证了BIM轻量化技术下的协同管理模式可以打破项目各方受限于专业软件进行信息交互的壁垒,同时利用Web端网页的可视化可以直观的展现酒店公装工程项目的装饰效果以及各专业间的协作关系,从而更好地实现项目高效协同的管理目标。 During the implementation of public decoration engineering projects,there are many participants and a large amount of coordination and cooperation workload.In order to solve the problems such as inconsistent information and data sources in the process and difficult real-time tracking of progress,a multi-dimensional collaborative cooperation method for public decoration engineering is proposed with the support of BIM lightweight technology,and a display webpage for the digital model management of public decoration engineering is designed combined with front-end technology.Taking a public decoration project of a hotel in Guangzhou as an example,it is verified that the collaborative management mode under the BIM lightweight technology can break the barriers of information interaction between all parties of the project limited by professional software.At the same time,the visualization of Web pages can intuitively show the decoration effect of the hotel public decoration project and the cooperation relationship among various professions.Thus,the management goal of project efficient collaboration can be achieved better.
