湖北省高职院校专业设置与产业结构的适应性研究

Research on the Adaptability of Higher Vocational Major and Industry to Chinese Path to Modernization

以湖北省59所高职院校为研究对象,依据湖北省2012-2021年统计年鉴和质量年度报告,从近年来湖北省产业结构变化态势和专业结构现状角度出发,采用一元线性回归模型的研究方法分析高职院校专业设置的特点以及与产业结构之间的适应性,研究发现湖北高职院校专业覆盖面广,但也存在专业布点集中、专业设置同质化明显等问题。立足湖北实际,提出科学制定湖北省高职教育规划、健全专业设置预警和动态调整机制等建议,为湖北高质量发展提供高素质技能型人才保障。

As the carrier of transporting a large number of high-quality technical and skilled talents for regional economic development,the major of higher vocational colleges is an important basis to highlight the orientation and characteristics of higher vocational colleges.59 higher vocational colleges in Hubei province as the research object,on the basis of the statistical yearbook from 2012 to 2021 in Hubei province and the quality of the annual report,the industrial structure in Hubei province in recent years,the change trend and the status quo of the professional structure perspective,using monadic linear regression model of research methods to analyze the characteristics of vocational college professional setting and the degree of fit between the industrial structure.It is found that the specialty coverage of higher vocational colleges in Hubei Province is wide,but there are also some problems such as the concentration of specialty distribution and the obvious homogeneity of specialty setting.Based on the reality of Hubei Province,this paper puts forward some suggestions,such as formulating the plan of higher vocational education in Hubei Province scientifically,perfecting the early warning and dynamic adjustment mechanism of major setting,so as to provide the guarantee of high-quality skilled talents for the high-quality development of Hubei Province.
