Total quality management(TQM)is a quality-centered,participation-based management approach that aims to achieve the long-term success of an organization by meeting customer needs and social responsibility.This paper discusses the relationship between TQM and enterprise management,analyzes the application and effect of TQM in enterprise management,takes Gree Electric Appliances as a case,studies its innovation and practice of TQM mode,and proposes the implementation path of TQM in enterprise management,which provides reference and enlightenment for Chinese enterprises to improve quality level and competitiveness.
