摘要
传统食品企业在面对激烈的市场竞争和消费需求的多样化挑战时,需要不断进行创新发展,以保持竞争力和市场份额。文章以南通麦蒂酥食品与南通非遗长牌文化的融合发展为例,探讨文化赋能对传统食品企业创新发展的影响,利用传统文化元素提升产品的品牌形象,形成传统文化和其他产业的融合发展,提升产品的竞争力。
Traditional food enterprises need to constantly innovate and develop in order to maintain competitiveness and market share when facing fierce market competition and diverse consumer demands.This article takes the integration and development of Nantong Mattisu food and Nantong Intangible Heritage Long Brand Culture as an example to explore the impact of cultural empowerment on the innovative development of traditional food enterprises.By using traditional cultural elements to enhance the brand image of products,it forms the integration and development of traditional culture and other industries,and enhances the competitiveness of products.
