With the rapid development of big data technology,enterprises are face unprecedented opportunities and challenges.The application of big data technology makes risk monitoring and early warning methods more precise and comprehensive,which greatly enhances the effectiveness of internal control.This paper aims to comprehensively analyze the impact of big data on the internal control risks of enterprises,and deeply discuss the necessity,technical path and coping strategies of establishing internal control risk warning mechanism in the context of big data,to help enterprises optimize the internal control system in the wave of big data.
