宁夏回族自治区政府性融资平台风险特征及管理策略

Risk characteristics and management strategies of government financing platforms in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region

政府性融资平台作为地方政府融资的重要渠道,在推动地方经济建设与发展中发挥着重要作用,但同时随着平台公司债务风险日益凸显,政府性融资平台也出现了如过度举债、盈利能力不足、融资渠道单一、监管不到位等问题。近年来,宁夏回族自治区政府性融资平台发展迅速,取得了一定的成绩。为进一步探索该地区政府性融资平台的风险特征与管理策略,文章对宁夏回族自治区政府性融资平台现状做了相应梳理,对其风险特征进行了总结,并提出了一系列风险管理策略,以提高宁夏回族自治区政府性融资平台的风险管理能力。

As an important channel for local government financing,government financing platforms play an important role in promoting local economic construction and development.However,with the increasing debt risks of platform companies,government financing platforms have also encountered problems such as excessive borrowing,insufficient profitability,single financing channels,and inadequate supervision.In recent years,government financing platforms in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region have developed rapidly and achieved certain results.To further explore the risk characteristics and management strategies of government financing platforms in the region,this article has conducted a corresponding review of the current situation of government financing platforms in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region,summarized their risk characteristics,and proposed a series of risk management strategies to improve the risk management capabilities of government financing platforms in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.
