Private enterprises are an important support for Chinas economic growth,in order to maintain rapid development,in addition to accurate insight and analysis of the market situation,professional management methods and means are also needed to help enterprises achieve strategic goals.The comprehensive budget emphasizes the whole staff,the whole process and the whole way,and implements it in a down-to-earth manner,which is conducive to the scientific allocation of private enterprise resources,improve the efficiency of capital use,and help enterprises achieve development goals.Based on this,this paper takes the value of comprehensive budget management as the starting point,studies the problems existing in the current comprehensive budget management of private enterprises,and puts forward effective strategies and methods to improve the level of budget management.
