资金在零售企业中发挥着重要作用,是企业高效运转的杠杆,是企业健康平稳发展的重要基石。文章首先阐述零售企业资金管理的实际内涵,其次分析零售企业资金管理的重要性,指出其中问题在于资金管理意识有待提升、资金管理过程亟须优化、资金预算管理不够科学等,最后提出优化对策,以期促进零售企业资金管理效率不断提升。

Capital which plays an important role in retail enterprises,is the leverage of efficient operation of enterprises,and an important cornerstone of healthy and stable development of enterprises.This paper first expounds the actual connotation of the fund management of retail enterprises,then analyzes the importance of the fund management of retail enterprises,points out that the problems are that the awareness of fund management needs to be improved,the fund management process needs to be optimized,and the fund budget management is not scientific enough.It finally puts forward optimization countermeasures so as to promote the continuous improvement of the fund management efficiency of retail enterprises.
