财务预算作为一类现代化管理的方法和手段,深化其在国企经济管理中的作用,以便于实现资源优化配置,实现运营成本与效益相统一。文章在阐述国企财务预算管理必要性的基础上,主动分析经济管理中财务预算管理的缺陷和不足,具体表现在预算管理意识较为淡薄、预算编制精准性有待提升、预算执行刚性不足等方面,应追溯各类问题形成原因,提出解决策略和方法,以期提升财务预算管理水平,帮助国企获取较佳的经济效益,促进可持续发展。

As a kind of modern management method and means,financial budget deepens its role in the economic management of state-owned enterprises,so as to achieve optimal allocation of resources and realize the unity of operating costs and benefits.On the basis of expounding the necessity of financial budget management of state-owned enterprises,this paper actively analyzes the defects and deficiencies of financial budget management in economic management,which are specifically manifested in the weak awareness of budget management,the need to improve the accuracy of budget preparation,and the insufficient rigidity of budget implementation.
