基层政府人力资源管理中的问题及对策研究

摘要 基层政府中人力资源管理发挥着重要的作用,其有助于规范管理活动,挖掘人才潜力以满足基层政府行政需要,充分发挥基层政府服务职能。文章在阐述人力资源管理的作用上,分析基层政府在管理中出现的问题,提出创新管理体系的战略目标,采用精准监督与培训、激励考核改进的方式优化人力资源管理,并配置专业管理人才和技术设备应用,期望能为管理者提供有益的参考,促进更加高效、透明和服务导向的基层政府建设。 Human resource management plays an important role in grassroots governments,which helps to standardize management activities,tap into talent potential to meet the administrative needs of grassroots governments,and fully leverage the service functions of grassroots governments.This article elaborates on the role of human resource management,analyzes the problems that grassroots governments face in management,proposes strategic goals for innovative management systems,optimizes human resource management through precise supervision,training,incentive assessment,and improvement,and allocates professional management talents and technical equipment applications.It is expected to provide useful references for managers and promote more efficient,transparent,and service-oriented grassroots government construction.
