超大吨位弱相关悬挂钢结构逆向施工技术

摘要 通过钢拉杆将各楼层直接悬挂于屋顶钢桁架的弱相关悬挂结构是一种新型的结构体系,其施工若按常规方法顺序进行存在很多隐患。为此结合一座大跨弱相关悬挂钢结构体系的构造特点,提出了一种钢结构逆向施工技术方法,重点对该工程液压同步整体提升及逆向拼接的施工工艺方法进行介绍,对有限元模拟计算悬挂结构提升结果进行说明,为弱相关悬挂钢结构施工提供支持。文中的技术探索对我国大型复杂钢结构施工技术发展具有一定的促进意义。 The weakly correlated suspension structure,which directly suspends each floor to the roof steel truss through steel tie rods,is a new type of structural system.If its construction is carried out by using the conventional method,there are many hidden dangers.Therefore,this article proposes a steel structure reverse construction technology method based on the construction characteristics of a large-span weakly correlated suspension steel structure system.This article focuses on introducing the construction process methods of hydraulic synchronous overall lifting and reverse splicing for the project,explaining the lifting results of the suspension structure through finite element simulation calculation,and providing support for the construction of weakly correlated suspension steel structures.The technical exploration in this article has certain promoting significance for the development of construction technology for large and complex steel structures in China.
