摘要
以某培智学校为例,旨在探索体育育人体系构建路径。“特奥引领计划”体育育人体系强调“重在参与”“包容融合”“激励成长”“综合素质”,以特殊奥林匹克运动为依托,将以体育人、以体益智、以体育德、以体健美以及以体促劳作为核心目标,构建“特奥引领计划”体育育人体系,包括“三三三”教学模式、四梯队育人团队、赋权增能评价方式和融合指向的育人机制。
The study takes a special school as an example to explore the construction of its sports education system.Sports education system under the Special Olympics Leading Plan emphasizes“participation”“inclusion”“growth”and“comprehensive quality”.It focuses on the core objectives of“sports for people,sports for wisdom,sports for morality,sports for beauty,and sports for work”.The system is constructed with the“3-3-3 teaching mode”,four echelons of nurturing teams,empowerment and evaluation methods,and an integrated and directed nurturing mechanism.
