一种复合型矿用单体液压支柱的设计

摘要 针对矿用单体液压支柱在煤矿井下使用过程中因质量大而不便搬运导致作业效率低的问题,结合碳纤维与低合金钢复合材料,提出一种复合型矿用单体液压支柱轻量化设计方法。从材料和工艺角度,掌握了复合型单体液压支柱产品设计方法,形成了产品生产工艺流程,通过了产品性能试验。试验结果表明,产品不仅质量轻,还具有强度高、耐腐蚀等优势。 A lightweight design method for composite single hydraulic props used in coal mines is proposed based on the combination of carbon fiber and low alloy steel composite materials,in order to address the problem of low work efficiency caused by the inconvenience of handling due to the large mass of single hydraulic props used in coal mines.From the perspective of materials and technology,we have mastered the design method of composite single hydraulic prop products,formed the product production process,and passed the product performance tests.The experimental results indicate that the product not only has light weight,but also has advantages such as high strength and corrosion resistance.
