In the contemporary international landscape,post-Soviet states exhibit unique characteristics in their complex transition processes. For these countries, the alternation between old and new development paths cannot be easily categorized as purely"shock therapy".In practice, the political process innovations are also related to historical legacies.Reality,as the ongoing writing of history,is intertwined with various forms of historical legacies, and perceptions influenced by historical memory play a significant role in the national development and transition.Over the past 30 years, the reconstruction processes in post-Soviet states have borne traces of historical memory. The specific logic lies in the fact that the assessment and selection of historical memories can serve the goals of national reconstruction and respond to societal expectations. The evolution of political processes,as a key aspect of national reconstruction, has much room for improvement and is influenced by external factors.Issues and associated concerns objectively exist at the current stage.Addressing the genuine development needs of the state and achieving greater self-reliance in the era of independent development are crucial topics that post-Soviet states need to explore and resolve during their current phase of national reconstruction.
