摘要
近年来随着电力系统的快速发展,电抗器产品的需求越来越多,同时电抗器运行所产生的噪声污染越来越受人们的关注,分析电抗器设备噪音来源、制定噪音估算方法及研究电抗器设备的降噪措施也成了电气科研者的工作重点。本文针对柔性直流输电所用的桥臂电抗器的噪声问题,通过现场测试、选取样点采用Matlab分析了桥臂电抗器的噪声频谱特性,并在厂内进行了噪声试验,发现低处噪声情况确实更为明显,故在电抗器下部采取降噪措施很有必要,最后从桥臂电抗器本体角度提出了相应的降噪措施,包括在电抗器设计过程中注意使电抗器固有频率远离电磁力频率、加装防护罩、采用防松螺母等。
In recent years,with the rapid development of power system,the demand of reactor product keep increasing.However,the noise pollution of reactor generated during the operation is more and more concerned.Therefore,how to analyze the sources of the noise,formulate the noise estimation method and study the noise reduction measures of the reactor equipment have become the key point to the electrical researchers.As for the noise of bridge arm reactor for flexible DC transmission,the noise spectrum characteristic of the bridge arm reactor is analyzed by the Matlab through site test and selection of sampling point and the the noise test is performed in the factory,finding that the low noise situation is indeed more remarkable.It is therefore necessary to take the noise reduction measures at the bottom of the reactor.Finally,from the perspective of the bridge arm reactor body,the corresponding noise reduction measures,including making the natural frequency of the reactor far away from the electromagnetic force frequency,installing protective cover,using locking nuts,are proposed.
