基于DEMATEL-ISM法的斜井TBM施工作业风险评估

摘要 以斜井TBM施工作业风险因素为研究对象,从人、物、环境、管理4个方面识别提取出21个风险因素,并运用DEMATEL-ISM法分析风险因素作用关系和层次结构,确定关键风险因素。结果表明:斜井TBM施工作业风险因素可划分为7级递阶层次结构;关键风险因素为安全措施费用投入、应急管理、管理层决策能力、安全生产教育培训、安全生产管理制度等。研究结论可为我国斜井TBM施工作业风险防范提供参考。 Taking the risk factors of inclined shaft TBM construction operation as the research object,21 risk factors were identified and extracted from four aspects:human,material,environment,and management.And the DEMATEL-ISM method is used to analyze the relationship and hierarchical structure of risk factors.Key risk factors have been identified.The results indicate that the risk factors of inclined shaft TBM construction can be divided into a 7-level hierarchical structure.The key risk factors include investment in safety measures,emergency management,management decision-making ability,safety production education and training,safety production management system,etc.The research conclusion can provide reference for risk prevention in inclined shaft TBM construction operations in China.
