基于层次分析法的工程项目施工成本间接影响因素的研究

Research on Indirect Influencing Factors of Construction Project Cost Based on AHP

近年来,我国建筑业发展迅速,建筑市场竞争日益激烈,房屋建筑成本管理变得十分必要。工程项目的成本贯穿于整个项目的建设周期,且施工过程的成本管理变得尤为重要。本文着重从影响施工成本的间接影响因素进行研究,根据历史资料以及专家的建议,分析工程项目施工阶段成本的间接影响因素,按照层次分析法对各个影响因子进行排序,得到其重要性排序。层次分析法用定性和定量的方法更加客观的描述专家的判断,能够客观的评价项目成本的间接影响因素,对于工程项目成本的控制起到一定的促进作用。

In recent years,with the rapid development of China's construction industry and the increasingly fierce competition in the construction market,housing construction cost management has become necessary.The cost of the project throughout the construction cycle of the project,and the cost management of the construction process has become particularly important.This article focuses on the indirect influencing factors that affect the construction cost.According to the historical data and the expert's suggestion,it analyzes the indirect influencing factors of the construction project cost and sorts the influential factors according to AHP.Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)uses qualitative and quantitative methods to describe expert′s judgment more objectively,objectively evaluates the indirect influence factors of project cost,and indirectly influences the cost control of construction projects.
