摘要
为分析高速公路建设期碳排放在不同区域的差异性,以淮北平原、江淮丘陵、皖南山区三种不同地域环境为代表,选取高速公路建设项目,通过界定碳排放核算范围,以造价文件中的材料和能源消耗量为依据,对三条高速公路建设碳排放进行比较。分析结果表明,项目C碳排放量分别是项目A的2.74倍、项目B的1.85倍。地形条件、材料消耗是影响高速公路碳排放水平的重要因素。管理者在制定碳排放管控目标时应分类施策,不宜一概而论。
In order to analyse the differences of carbon emissions in different regions during the construction of expressways,three different geographical environments,namely the Huaibei Plain,the Jianghuai Hills,and the southern Anhui Mountains,were selected as examples.By defining the scope of carbon accounting,the paper compares the carbon emissions of the construction of three expressways based on the material and energy consumption in the cost documents.The results show that the carbon emission in mountain area of southern Anhui province is 2.74 times of that in plain area and 1.85 times of that in hilly area.The terrain condition and material consumption are the important factors that affect the carbon emission level of expressway.When setting the carbon emission control target,the managers should take different measures and should not generalize.
