摘要
本文以深圳某铁路项目为工程实例,分别测算了三种盾构管片预制方案(建场预制方案、外购方案-定额测算成本、外购方案-调查价格计列)的经济性和合理性,并对这三种盾构管片预制方案的优缺点进行比较分析,得出推荐方案。其中建场预制方案的优点就是项目可控,质量可控,施工单位可结合项目对管片场进行详细的施工组织设计,且建场方案一般距离项目工点较近,免去大型预制构件长途运输的问题,但是投资较大且需要寻找合适场地建场。外购方案相对比较方便,不仅解决了场地问题,还节省了投资成本,但外购方案一般运距较远,运输过程中存在不确定性,且外购管片质量不受项目把控,设计阶段外购方案价格无法完全确定。
Taking a railway project in Shenzhen City as an example,this paper calculates the economy and rationality of three shield segment prefabrication schemes(site prefabrication scheme,outsourcing scheme-fixed cost calculation,outsourcing scheme-survey price calculation),compares and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of these three shield segment prefabrication schemes,and concludes the recommended schemes.Among them,the advantages of the prefabrication scheme are that the project is controllable and the quality is controllable.The construction unit can carry out detailed construction organization design of the segment farm combined with the project.In addition,the construction scheme is generally close to the project site,avoiding the problem of long-distance transportation of large prefabricated components.The outsourcing plan is relatively convenient,which not only solves the site problem,but also saves the investment cost.However,the outsourcing plan generally has a long transportation distance,there is uncertainty in the transportation process,and the quality of the outsourcing segment is not controlled by the project,so the price of the outsourcing plan can not be completely determined in the design stage.
