摘要
本文结合内蒙古蒙东能源有限公司1号600MW超临界燃煤空冷汽轮发电机组真空泵改造项目,详细分析了空冷岛增加辅助抽真空系统、更换抽真空管道的改造过程,改造后环境温度低于0℃以下,最低背压可达到5kPa,冬季降低背压平均约2kPa,降低煤耗2.4g/kWh,折合全年降低煤耗约1.1g/kWh,投资回收期约2.1年,实现冬季空冷岛不结冻,满足防冻要求。通过真空泵改造,每年节约标煤3300t,节约费用161.7万元,抽气效率得到有效提升,达到了改造目的并有效提升了发电效益,值得推广。
This article combines the vacuum pump renovation project of Inner Mongolia Mengdong Energy Co.,Ltd.'s No.1600MW supercritical coal-fired air-cooled steam turbine generator unit,and analyzes in detail the renovation process of adding auxiliary vacuum systems and replacing vacuum pipelines on the air-cooled island.After the renovation,the environmental temperature is below 0℃,and the minimum back pressure can reach 5kPa.In winter,the average back pressure is reduced by about 2kPa,reducing coal consumption by 2.4g/kWh,which is equivalent to reducing coal consumption by about 1.1g/Wh throughout the year.The investment payback period is about 2.1 years,achieving that the air-cooled island does not freeze in winter and meets the requirements of anti freezing.Through the renovation of the vacuum pump,3300 tons of standard coal are saved annually,with a cost savings of 1.617 million yuan.The pumping efficiency has been effectively improved,achieving the renovation goal and effectively improving power generation efficiency.It is worth promoting.
