摘要
针对紫金山金铜矿的生产工艺、装备配置、组织管理模式以及-50m中段的实际资源赋存条件、围岩条件以及开采条件等情况,综合运用新一代人工智能、物联网、大数据、虚拟现实与仿真、精确定位与导航、高带宽有线/无线通信、人工智能等先进技术,开展井下智能化采矿作业装备应用、井下装备集群控制、矿山管控一体化平台等智能化系统建设工作,打造井下智能化采矿示范采区。推进井下运矿、破碎等主要生产环节的无人驾驶、远程遥控等协同技术的应用,构建地下金属矿智能开采示范工程。
In response to the production process,equipment configuration,organizational management mode,and actual resource occurrence conditions,surrounding rock conditions,and mining conditions of the-50m middle section of the Zijinshan gold and copper mine,advanced technologies such as new generation artificial intelligence,Internet of Things,big data,virtual reality and simulation,precise positioning and navigation,high bandwidth wired/wireless communication,artificial intelligence,etc.are comprehensively utilized to carry out the construction of intelligent systems such as underground intelligent mining operation equipment application,underground equipment cluster control,and integrated mining management and control platform,and create an underground intelligent mining demonstration mining area,to promote the application of collaborative technologies such as unmanned driving and remote control in the main production processes of underground mining and crushing,and build a demonstration project for intelligent mining of underground metal mines.
