摘要
采用原位聚合法,以聚乙二醇(PEG)为相变软段,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)为硬段,聚多巴胺包覆的钨掺杂二氧化钒(W-VO_(2)@PDA)为填料,制备了钨掺杂二氧化钒@聚多巴胺改性聚氨酯固-固相变材料(W-VO_(2)@PDA/PUPCM)。考察了PEG相对分子质量(简称分子量)对W-VO_(2)@PDA/PUPCM乳液稳定性和整理织物调温性的影响。通过FTIR、TEM、POM、XRD、DSC和TG对材料的化学结构、结晶性能、相变性能和热稳定性进行了测试和表征。结果表明,PEG分子量对W-VO_(2)@PDA/PUPCM的储热性能和相变性能有很大的影响,当PEG分子量为8000时,W-VO_(2)@PDA/PUPCM具有良好的形状稳定性和热稳定性,熔融温度和熔融焓最高,分别为51.52℃和144.82 J/g,与未经整理织物相比,经W-VO_(2)@PDA/PUPCM整理后织物升温和降温最大温差分别为7.8和5.3℃。
Tungsten-doped vanadium dioxide@poly(dopamine)modified polyurethane solid-solid phase change materials(W-VO_(2)@PDA/PUPCM)were prepared from in situ polymerization of soft segment polyethylene glycol(PEG)and hard segment isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI)with polydopamine-coated tungsten-doped vanadium dioxide(W-VO_(2)@PDA)as filler.The effects of PEG relative molecular mass(molecular mass for short)on the stability of W-VO_(2)@PDA/PUPCM emulsions and the temperature regulation of its finished fabrics were investigated.The chemical structure,crystallization properties,phase change properties and thermal stability of W-VO_(2)@PDA/PUPCM were characterized and analyzed by FTIR,TEM,POM,XRD,DSC and TG.The results showed that the PEG molecular mass had a significant influence on the thermal storage and phase change properties of W-VO_(2)@PDA/PUPCM.W-VO_(2)@PDA/PUPCM prepared from PEG with molecular mass of 8000 exhibited good shape and thermal stability,with the highest melting temperature and phase change enthalpy of 51.52℃and 144.82 J/g,respectively.The maximum temperature difference during the heating and cooling process between fabric finished with W-VO_(2)@PDA/PUPCM and no finishing was 7.8 and 5.3℃,respectively.
