摘要 探讨了适应快速响应的客户定制化研发管理实践,通过分析现有企业在客户定制化研发管理的现状和存在的问题,提出通过加强企业战略规划及执行力、优化组织结构和管理流程、重构有效的客户参与模式、实施创新和变革管理等解决方案和改进措施,旨在为客户定制化研发管理提供参考。 This paper mainly focuses on the practice and thinking of customized R&D management adapted for rapid response.By analyzing the current status quo and existing problems of companies in customized R&D management,appropriate solutions and improvement measures are proposed.Rapid response is achieved by strengthening corporate strategic planning and execution,optimizing organizational structure and management processes,reconstructing effective customer engagement models,and implementing innovation and change management.This paper aims to provide references for the management of customized R&D.
