This paper mainly focuses on the practice and thinking of customized R&D management adapted for rapid response.By analyzing the current status quo and existing problems of companies in customized R&D management,appropriate solutions and improvement measures are proposed.Rapid response is achieved by strengthening corporate strategic planning and execution,optimizing organizational structure and management processes,reconstructing effective customer engagement models,and implementing innovation and change management.This paper aims to provide references for the management of customized R&D.
