摘要
Python语言丰富的公共资源和多样的算法工具,用于对工业生产线的产品质量图像实时判异处理,算法灵活,检测精确。在检测系统提取图像和判定结果输出时,需要在检测系统与控制生产线PLC之间建立数据链路。介绍了如何应用Snap库文件通过以太网对西门子PLC的位状态进行读写,实现计算机与PLC之间的以太网通信。
The rich public resources and diverse algorithm tools of Python language are used for real-time differentiation processing of product quality images on industrial production lines.The algorithm is flexible and accurate,and when extracting images from the detection system and outputting judgment results,a data link needs to be established between the detection system and the control production line PLC.This paper introduces how to apply the Snap library file to read and write the bit status of Siemens PLC through Ethernet,achieving Ethernet communication between computers and PLCs.
