基于StarCCM+的汽车风扇自动设计平台研究

摘要 随着工业制造和计算机信息技术的发展,当前商业仿真软件越来越难以满足汽车零部件的开发要求,这些软件有着对设计人员工程经验要求高、开发周期长、开发过程不可控等缺点。通过软件技术进行了基于StarCCM+的二次开发,设计了专门面向汽车风扇的自动化设计软件平台,同时运用相关数据库技术,对有效数据进行及时的保存,方便开发人员对历史数据的调用,降低了对开发人员的工程经验要求,缩短了开发周期,并使得整个开发过程可视化,以充分适应目前企业高效率产品开发的要求。 With the development of industrial manufacturing and computer information technology,current commercial simulation software is increasingly difficult to meet the development requirements of automotive components.These software have drawbacks such as high engineering experience requirements for designers,long development cycles,and uncontrollable development processes.This paper conducts secondary development based on StarCCM+through software technology,and designs an automation design software platform specifically for automotive fans.At the same time,relevant database technology is used to save effective data in a timely manner,making it convenient for developers to call historical data,reducing the engineering experience requirements for developers,reducing the development cycle,and making the entire development process visual,to fully adapt to the current requirements of efficient product development in enterprises.
