基于数字孪生技术的数控机床电气设计及样件制造仿真

摘要 为解决传统工业物理调试和测试需花费过高成本、安全性较低、系统的稳定性和可靠性较差等问题,基于数字孪生技术即数字化双胞胎技术,根据用户对于生产过程的个性需求,采用西门子CMVM、TIA Portal、SolidWorks、Notepad++等工具软件在环技术,开发相关程序,允许用户自定义界面,对数控机床进行电气调试以及样件的制造仿真验证,提供更加个性化的用户体验,降低生产成本,优化产品生产的工程流程,以提高产品质量。 In order to solve the problems of traditional industrial physics debugging and testing that require high costs,low security,and poor system stability and reliability,this paper is based on digital twin technology.According to the individual needs of users for the production process,Siemens CMVM,TIA Portal,SolidWorks,Nnotepad++and other tools and software in the environment technology are used to develop relevant programs,allowing users to customize the interface,electrical debugging of CNC machine tools and manufacturing simulation verification of samples to provide a more personalized user experience,reduce production costs,optimize the engineering process of product production,and improve product quality.
