摘要
为促进数字孪生技术与装备行业融合,详细阐述了数字孪生技术在装备设计、生产制造、试验验证、使用运维、退役等全生命周期的应用,梳理了国内外数字孪生相关标准化现状,研究提出了装备数字孪生标准体系架构,包括基础共性、基础设施、关键技术、典型行业应用等4个方面内容,为装备数字孪生标准研制以及数字孪生技术在装备领域的应用提供参考。
In order to promote the integration of digital twin and the equipment industry,this paper elaborates on the application of digital twin in the entire life cycle of equipment design,production and manufacturing,testing and verification,use and operation,and retirement.It also sorts out the current status of digital twin-related standardization at home and abroad,and proposes a standard system architecture for equipment digital twin,including basic commonalities,infrastructure,key technologies,typical industry applications,etc.,to provide a reference for the development of equipment digital twin standards and the application of digital twin in the equipment field.
