摘要 针对汽车工业领域面临的传统生产方式和服务模式的挑战,对数字孪生技术在汽车工业领域现状进行梳理,分析数字孪生技术特点,探讨了数字孪生技术在汽车虚拟调试、生产装配指导等场景的应用分析,研究数字孪生技术在汽车工业领域的应用范围、应用价值和发展趋势,促进汽车工业数字化、智能化和可持续发展。 Inview of the challenges of traditional production methods and service modes faced by the automotive industry,this paper sorts out the current situation of digital twin technology in the automotive industry,analyzes the characteristics of digital twin technology,discusses in detail the application analysis of digital twin technology in scenarios such as automobile virtual commissioning,production and assembly guidance,and studies the application scope,application value and development trend of digital twin technology in the automotive industry,so as to promote the digitalization,intelligence and sustainable development of the automobile industry.
