摘要
为了探究一种适用于亚热带水库的快速健康评价方法,于2021年夏季对福建省35座重要水库进行浮游植物的采集和分析,构建基于浮游植物总密度和蓝藻门密度百分占比双参数的浮游植物生物完整性新指数(P-DIBI),并应用于水库健康评价,将评价结果与浮游植物总密度单参数评价以及2021年福建省水库健康综合指数评价结果进行对比分析,研究结果表明:从正态分布和线性拟合效果相关性两方面看出,构建的双参数浮游植物生物完整性指数评价方法能更好地反映福建省水库的健康状况,该方法有望在亚热带水库健康评价中应用推广.
In order to explore a rapid health evaluation method for subtropical reservoirs in Fujian Province,China,phytoplankton samples were collected and analyzed from 35 important reservoirs during the summer of 2021.A phytoplankton double parameter biotic integrity index(P-DIBI),which inclueds total phytoplankton density and proportion of cyanobacterial phyla density in total algal densit,was developed and applied in the health evaluation of 11 reservoirs.The evaluation results were compared with the single-parameter evaluation of total phytoplankton density and the evaluation results of comprehensive index of reservoir health in Fujian Province in 2021.Results show that this biparametric phytoplankton integrity index evaluation method can reflect the health status of reservoirs in Fujian Province,as demonstrated by normal distribution and linear fitting analysis.This method can be applied in the health evaluation of subtropical reservoirs.
