摘要
根据职业院校教师双师能力素养的特点,基于“点面结合、科学、合理”的体系结构设置原则,采用层次分析法(AHP),按照目标、准则、方案层次,确定由多个一级指标、二级指标构成的职业院校“双师型”教师评价指标体系,并得到各级指标权重,最终形成“双师型”教师量化评价体系,该体系可对双师型教师的素养进行有效的量化评价。最后,基于“四新融合”的特点——新业态、新模式、新技术、新职业,创新性地提出职业院校“双师型”教师培养建议。
Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)is used in this article to decompose the elements related to the total evaluation decision-making of"dual teacher"teachers into levels such as goals,criteria,and plans.Based on this,qualitative and quantitative analysis is conducted to determine the double-qualified teacher evaluation system of vocational colleges composed of multiple primary and secondary indicators,and the weights of each level of indicators are obtained,ultimately forming a quantitative evaluation system for double-qualified teachers.This system can effectively quantify the quality evaluation of double-qualified teachers.Finally,based on the characteristics of four new characteristics,such as new formats,new models,new technologies,and new professions,innovative suggestions are proposed for the cultivation of double-qualified teachers in vocational colleges.
