摘要
针对当前能源管理中面临的精准控碳存在局限、能源消费总量管理缺乏弹性、能耗双控欠缺差别化管理等问题,依托数智技术,通过开展双控系统规划、全周期能耗数据治理、能耗策略智能优化等方面的研究,提出了一种能耗“双控”智慧管理体系的架构。旨在提供一种能实现能源供需精准匹配、能耗数据协同共享,以及能源消耗智能预测的智慧化能源管理思路。
In view of the limitations of accurate carbon control,the lack of flexibility in the total energy consumption management,and the lack of differentiated management in the dual control of energy consumption in the current energy management,relying on digital intelligence technology,through the planning of the dual control system,the governance of the whole cycle energy consumption data,and the intelligent optimization of energy consumption strategy,this paper proposes an architecture of the"dual control"intelligent management system of energy consumption,aiming to provide an intelligent energy management idea that can achieve the accurate matching of energy supply and demand,the collaborative sharing of energy consumption data,and the intelligent prediction of energy consumption.
