摘要
本文采用电化学聚合方法在玻碳电极表面直接一步沉积制备L-赖氨酸聚合物(L^(-1)ysinePolymer,PLLS)薄膜,制备了对吡虫啉(Imidacloprid,IDP)具有响应的传感电极,并对PLLS聚合条件、溶液pH、富集时间、测定参数进行了优化。在最优条件下,所构建的传感器对IDP的线性响应范围为3~100μmol·L^(-1),检出限为0.9μmol·L^(-1),且传感器具有较好的重复性和选择性,在葡萄样品中的回收率为72.20~107.3%,满足实际应用要求。
In this work,L-ysine polymer(PLLS)film was directly deposited on the surface of glass carbon electrode with electro-chemical polymerization method,which was specific response to imidacloprid(IDP).After optimizing the electrochemical polymerization conditions,pH,enrichment time and test parameters,the linear response range of the constructed sensor was 3~100μmol·L^(-1),and the limit of detection was 0.9μmol·L^(-1),Moreover the sensors also showed good repeatability and selectivity,and potential application in real samples with 72.20~107.3%recovery rate of grape samples.
