以羧甲基甘蔗渣为原料合成系列高吸水树脂的研究

摘要 以甘蔗纤维素为主要原料,通过醚化反应合成羧甲基甘蔗渣,再以羧甲基甘蔗渣为母体,丙烯酸及其盐、丙烯酰胺为单体,N,N"-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,过硫酸钾为引发剂,进行聚合反应合成了四种高吸水树脂。利用红外光谱、元素分析、扫描电镜、XRD等手段对合成的树脂进行了表征。通过正交实验对高吸水树脂的合成条件进行了优化。在最佳合成条件下合成的普通高吸水树脂的吸去离子水量为2040g/g,含钾高吸水树脂的吸去离子水量为1950g·g^(-1),含氮高吸水树脂的吸去离子水量为2150g·g^(-1),含氮和钾高吸水树脂的吸去离子水量为1360g°g^(-1)。 Bagasse was used as the main raw material to prepare the carboxymethyl bagasse through the process of etherification.The series super-absorbent resin were synthesized by polymerization of the carboxymethyl bagasse with acylic acid,acrylate and acrylamide,N,N'-methylene-bisacrylamide was used as crosslinking agent,potassium persulfate was used as initiator.The series super-absorbent resin were characterized by IR,element analysis,scanning electron microscope and XRD.The synthesis condition was optimized by orthogonal experiment.Under the optimum reaction conditions,for the common superabsorbent polymer,the absorbency(deionized water)is 2040 g·g^(-1),for the superabsorbent polymer containing Kelement,the absorbency(deionized water)is 1950g·g^(-1),for the superabsorbent polymer containing N element,the absorbency(deionized water)is 2150 g·g^(-1),for the superabsorbent polymer containing N and K elements,the absorbency(deionized water)is 1360 g·g^(-1).
