摘要
近年来,低能耗供热、供热灵活性改造成为热电联产机组供热技术发展的重要课题。以华电仪征公司为案例,机组规模为3×200 MW级燃气–蒸汽联合循环供热机组,供热机组优先保障蒸汽供应,但蒸汽用户不断增多,冬季(11月至次年3月)天然气价格上浮幅度较大且供应紧张,不能满足供热需求。针对以上问题,华电仪征公司对SGT5–2000E燃气–蒸汽联合循环机组进行了供热改造,通过抽取锅炉低压主汽至汽轮补汽蒸汽对外供热和汽轮机解列100%主蒸汽减温减压后供热,将单台机组供热能力由100 t/h提高到300 t/h,在天然气供应不能满足供热需求的情况下,有效保障热用户的用汽需求。
In recent years,low-energy heating and flexible heating transformation have become important topics in the development of heating technology for cogeneration units;Taking a certain company as a case study,the company size is 3×The 200 MW gas steam combined cycle heating unit prioritizes steam supply,but steam users continue to increase.In winter(November to March of the following year),natural gas prices fluctuate significantly and supply is tight,which cannot meet heating needs;In response to the above issues,the company has carried out heating renovation on the SGT5-2000E gas-steam combined cycle unit.By extracting low-pressure main steam from the boiler to supplement steam from the steam turbine for external heating and disconnecting the steam turbine for 100%main steam temperature reduction and pressure reduction,the heating capacity of a single unit has been increased from 100 t/h to 300 t/h.In the case where natural gas supply cannot meet the heating demand,the steam demand of heat users is effectively guaranteed.
