摘要
以某超超临界火电机组项目为研究对象,对其进行建模,选择对应的数学模型,并运用数值计算软件进行仿真模拟。重点围绕该火电机组SCR反应器上部导流板与整流格栅间距、各喷嘴喷氨比例等因素对该项目脱硝效果的影响进行研究。结果表明,在保持喷氨总量不变的前提下,通过采用调整反应器上部导流板与整流格栅间距,按一定比例改变各喷口喷氨量等方式,可使烟气与氨气混合更加均匀,达到提升脱硝效率目的。研究结果可有效帮助火电项目改进脱硝装置,更好满足生态环境保护等要求,进而提升项目通过核准的概率。
Taking a certain ultra supercritical thermal power unit project as the research object,this paper models it,selects the corresponding mathematical model,and uses numerical calculation software for simulation.The study focuses on the influence of factors such as the distance between the upper guide plate and rectifier grid of the SCR reactor of the thermal power unit,and the proportion of ammonia injection from each nozzle on the denitrification effect of the project.The results show that,while keeping the total amount of ammonia injection unchanged,adjusting the distance between the upper guide plate and the rectifier grid of the reactor,and changing the ammonia injection amount at each nozzle in a certain proportion can make the mixing of flue gas and ammonia more uniform,achieving the goal of improving denitrification efficiency.The research results can effectively help improve the denitrification device of thermal power projects,better meet the requirements of ecological environment protection,and thereby increase the probability of project approval.
