摘要
随着电动汽车产业的迅速发展,电动汽车的充电负荷对配电网运行产生的影响日益增加,传统配电网对电动汽车承载力的评估方法通常采用最大负荷进行评估,由于其没有考虑充电设施以及配电网的时序负荷特性,导致评估结果不准确,降低了配电网运行效率。对此,文章通过研究电动汽车无序充电特征,进一步采用蒙特卡洛抽样法仿真不同电动汽车发展场景下的日充电负荷特性,结合配电网的实际运行情况,通过计算配电网中最多可接入的电动汽车充电设施规模,提出了配电网对新增电动汽车充电设施承载力的评估方法。
With the rapid development of the electric car industry,the electric vehicle charging load increasing influence of the distribution network operation,the traditional distribution network bearing capacity assessment method of electric vehicles usually evaluate the maximum load,because it does not consider the charging facilities and distribution network timing load characteristics,lead to the assessment results is not accurate,reduce the distribution network operation efficiency.So in this paper through the study of electric vehicle disorder charging characteristics,further using Monte Carlo sampling method simulation of different electric vehicle development scenario of charging load characteristics,combined with the actual operation situation of the distribution network,by calculating the distribution network up to access to electric vehicle charging facilities scale,put forward the distribution network of new electric vehicle charging facilities capacity evaluation method.
