摘要
某核电厂在执行消防系统与通风系统联锁试验时,出现了因接线断裂导致试验失败的现象,机组进入技术规格书限制,失去了对火警的自动响应,无法保证重要设备可用性。文章通过对两个系统之间的逻辑进行梳理,并对联锁功能失效的原因进行详细分析,提出了改进措施,以提高设备的可靠性。
During the interlocking test of the fire protection system and ventilation system at a certain nuclear power plant,there was a phenomenon of test failure due to wire breakage.The unit entered the technical specification limit,lost automatic response to fire alarms,and could not guarantee the availability of important equipment.This article sorts out the logic between two systems and provides a detailed analysis of the reasons for the failure of the interlocking function.Improvement measures are proposed to enhance the reliability of the equipment.
