摘要
随着国家节能减排政策的不断深入和城市对清洁能源的具体要求,对能源生产中煤耗的实时监测需求越来越大,在此背景下,用于节能规划的煤耗监测系统(PDAS)被开发出来。PDAS可利用技术经济指标和运行参数,实施经济运行方法,优化机组间的总负荷分配,指导运行人员调整运行方式,建立节能规划数据库,促进火电厂的安全经济运行。文章分析了国家能源集团华北电力有限公司廊坊热电厂建立煤耗在线监测系统的方式,探讨了煤耗在线监测技术,并研究了在线监测系统的设计理念和总体结构,进一步说明了在线监测的数据构成及关键技术和系统配置。
With the deepening of national energy conservation and emission reduction policies and the specific requirements of cities for clean energy,the demand for real-time monitoring of coal consumption in energy production is growing.In this context,the coal consumption monitoring system(PDAS)for energy conservation planning has been developed.PDAS can utilize technical and economic indicators and operating parameters to implement economic operation methods,optimize the total load distribution between units,guide operators to adjust operating methods,establish an energy-saving planning database,and promote the safe and economic operation of thermal power plants.The article analyzes the method of establishing an online coal consumption monitoring system for the Langfang Thermal Power Plant of North China Electric Power Co.,Ltd.of the National Energy Group,explores the technology of online coal consumption monitoring,and studies the design concept and overall structure of the online monitoring system.It further explains the data structure,key technologies,and system configuration of online monitoring.
