摘要
电动阀门是工业生产中的一类常用设备,是流体输送系统中的重要控制部件,具有调节、截止、稳压等功能。近年来,随着应用场景对高精度控制要求的日益提升,传统的电动阀门难以应对现代工业化需求,迫切需要通过应用智能一体化技术,全面提升电动阀门的智能化水平。文章基于智能一体化控制技术,分别从基本结构和组成、主要特征、总体设计方案、软硬件设计、抗干扰设计方面对智能一体化电动阀门装置进行了分析与说明,实现了该电动阀门的控制过程计算机化、通讯功能数字化、监测操作远程化、故障维修透明化。
Electric valve is a kind of common equipment in industrial production,is an important control component in fluid conveying system,with adjustment,cut-off,pressure regulation and other functions.In recent years,with the increasing requirements for high-precision control in application scenarios,traditional electric valves are difficult to cope with the needs of modern industrialization,and it is urgent to comprehensively improve the intelligent level of electric valves through the application of intelligent integration technology.Based on the intelligent integrated control technology,the paper analyzes and explains the intelligent integrated electric valve device from the basic structure and composition,main features,overall design scheme,hardware and software design,anti-interference design,and realizes the computerized control process,digital communication function,remote monitoring operation,and transparent fault maintenance of the electric valve.
