地面瓦斯抽采泵站三防系统改造优化

摘要 地面瓦斯泵站是高突矿井的核心必备设施,为保证瓦斯泵站系统的安全运行,实现系统实时保护、实时调节、实时检修、维修的目标,对现有抽采管路改造优化合并成并联的上隅角瓦斯抽采管路系统,新增了1套并联的预抽瓦斯抽采管路系统,完成了地面泵站3套抽采系统三防保护装置的双系统并联运行,达到了并行工作、互为备用的效果。 The ground gas pumping station is a core essential facility for high outburst mines.In order to ensure the safe operation of the gas pumping station system,achieve the goal of real-time protection,real-time adjustment,real-time maintenance,and repair of the system,the existing extraction pipeline has been renovated and optimized into a parallel upper corner gas extraction pipeline system.A new set of parallel pre extraction gas extraction pipeline system has been re selected and added,The dual system parallel operation of three sets of extraction system and three protection devices for the ground pumping station has been completed,achieving the effect of parallel operation and mutual backup.
