Automation Design of Transportation Elevators on Production Lines

在现代工业制造中,生产线运输升降机这一装置被广泛应用,主要功能在于为产业线上下游提供不同物品运输服务。然而,传统生产线运输升降机依然依赖人力驱动,由此导致其工作效率相对较低且存在诸多潜在的安全风险因素。面对此种现状,随着工业化与自动化技术创新的日新月异,自动化设计已然成为提升生产效能、降低生产成本的主要方法手段之一。文章对生产线上运输升降机实施了自动化改造设计,以期为工业生产提供参考。

In modern industrial manufacturing,the device of production line transport elevator is widely used,the main function is to provide different goods transport services for the upstream and downstream of the industrial line.However,the traditional production line transport elevator still relies on human drive,resulting in its work efficiency is relatively low and there are many potential safety risk factors.Faced with this situation,with the rapid development of industrialization and automation technology innovation,automation design has become one of the main methods to improve production efficiency and reduce production costs.Therefore,the paper carries out the automatic transformation design of the transport elevator on the production line,in order to provide a reference for industrial production.
