基于工业物联网技术的电气设备远程自动控制方法

Remote Automatic Control Method of Electrical Equipment Based on Industrial Internet of Things Technology

摘要 传统工业生产中,电气设备的监控和控制依赖低效的人工巡检和本地操作,难以应对突发状况,且对广泛分布的设备来说成本高、服务质量难保证。因此,开发基于工业物联网的电气设备远程自动控制方法至关重要,通过设定远程控制中心参数、设计高精度快速响应的自动化控制器,实现远程控制。试验结果显示,新方法与传统方法相比,控制效果更佳,证明了其在实际应用中的可行性。 In traditional industrial production,electrical equipment monitoring and control rely on inefficient manual inspections and local operations,making it difficult to cope with unexpected situations,and for widely distributed equipment,the cost is high and service quality is difficult to ensure.Therefore,it is crucial to develop remote automatic control methods based on the industrial Internet of Things.By setting the parameters of the remote control center and designing high-precision and fast response automation controllers,remote control has been achieved.The experimental results show that the new method has better control effects compared to traditional methods,proving its feasibility in practical applications.
