先导式气力输灰系统性能试验分析

摘要 大唐国际发电股份有限公司张家口分公司2×300 MW亚临界蒸汽发电机组,其原正压浓相气力输灰系统,存在系统出力不足、空压机负荷高、压缩空气消耗量大、磨损大、堵管等问题。文章介绍了影响输灰系统运行的因素,分析了原因,提出了使用先导式气力输送技术对原输灰系统进行改造。通过对改造前后的输送压力、气耗量、输送速度、出力、噪声等性能参数进行对比可知,先导式气力输灰在输灰领域具有显著的优越性。 The 2×300 MW subcritical steam generator unit of Datang International Power Generation Co.,Ltd.Zhangjiakou Branch has problems with insufficient system output,high air compressor load,high compressed air consumption,high wear,and pipe blockage in its original positive pressure dense phase pneumatic ash conveying system.The article introduces the factors that affect the operation of the ash conveying system,analyzes their causes,and proposes the use of pilot pneumatic conveying technology to transform the original ash conveying system.By comparing the performance parameters such as conveying pressure,gas consumption,conveying speed,output,and noise before and after the renovation,it can be concluded that the pilot pneumatic ash conveying system has significant advantages in the field of ash conveying.
