船舶电缆托盘先行设计与先行敷设技术研究

摘要 为均衡生产、提质增效,文章提出了将船舶生产制造过程中施工量大、施工周期集中、施工位序靠后、施工环境差的舾装作业先行化施工。船舶电缆敷设作业符合以上特点,因此对该项作业先行化施工进行了研究,并向前延申至电缆托盘设计先行化研究。文中分析了电缆先行设计和先行敷设需要解决的问题;对目前的生产设计流程及电缆托盘清单设计改进进行研究,从而实现从设计到生产阶段的先行化。 The article proposes to prioritize the construction of outfitting operations in the shipbuilding process,which involves large construction volume,concentrated construction cycles,backward construction sequence,and poor construction environment.The cable laying operation on ships meets the above characteristics.We plan to conduct research on the advanced construction of this operation and extend it to the advanced research on cable tray design.Firstly,the issues that need to be addressed in cable pre design and pre laying were studied;Secondly,research will be conducted to improve the current production design process and cable tray list design,in order to achieve prioritization from design to production stages.
