摘要
文章分析了大容量发电机出口断路器在线监测诊断技术的原理、诊断技术研究的关键和难点、主要创新点和发展方向,通过在线监测数据,对发电机出口断路器内部缺陷进行电磁场–温度场–流体场耦合分析,展示断路器触头电流分布、触头温度分布、气室温度扩散情况,以期提高大容量发电机的整体使用质量,减少其出现问题的概率。
This paper analyzes the principle of on-line monitoring and diagnosis technology of large-capacity generator outlet circuit breaker,the key and difficult points of the research of large-capacity generator outlet circuit breaker diagnosis technology,the main innovation points and the development direction.Through the on-line monitoring data,the electromagnetic field-temperature field-fluid field coupling analysis is carried out on the internal defects of generator outlet circuit breaker.Display circuit breaker contact current distribution,contact temperature distribution,gas chamber temperature diffusion,in order to improve the overall service quality of large capacity generator,reduce its probability of problems.
