摘要
核电厂新版RCCM标准中为了解决钴合金活化后产生钴60引发放射性升高问题,也同时为了解决特殊工况下的耐腐蚀问题,推荐了阀门密封面铁基合金新材料。文章介绍了现有材料面临的问题,并对于新兴替代材料——在核电厂用作改进“死管段效应”且是国内首次应用的新材料NOREM02进行了分析和研究。对已经应用到现场6 a的安全注入系统“死管段”边界隔离阀的阀座堆焊NOREM02材料,分别从理化性能、微观组织等进行了分析,为后续选用该材料提供了参考。
The new RCCM standard for nuclear power plants aims to address the issue of increased radioactivity caused by cobalt 60 generated after activation of nickel based alloys,as well as the issue of corrosion resistance under special operating conditions.Developed a new iron-based alloy material for valve sealing surfaces.This paper introduces the problems faced by the existing materials,and analyzes and studies the new material NOREM02 used in nuclear power plants to improve the“dead pipe segment effect”and is the first application in China.The NOREM02 material of the boundary isolation valve of the safety injection system,which has been applied to the site for 6 years,was analyzed from the physical and chemical properties and microorganization,which a reference for the subsequent selection and use of the material.
