摘要
我国已进入存量发展阶段,老旧居住社区的存量更新成为重要课题。随着老年人的增多,老旧居住社区的陈旧空间及设施与老年人生活品质提升需求的矛盾凸显。以北京方庄街道居住社区为例,重点关注其公共空间适老化更新需求,针对性地提出适老化更新策略。
China has entered the stage of stock development,updating the stock of old residential communities has become an important issue.With the increasing number of elderly people,the contradiction between the outdated space and facilities in old residential communities and the need for improving the quality of life of the elderly has become prominent.Taking the residential community in Fangzhuang Street in Beijing as an example,focus on the demands for aging friendly renewal in public spaces,to propose targeted aging friendly renewal strategies.
